“After such a long and stressful ‘winter’, spring is very much in the air at last,” said James Bowater, CEO and founder of The Digital Commonwealth. “And what better way to enjoy the awakening than a celebration of the amazing people and projects in our community who have survived to tell the tale. Indeed, some even have thrived!”
Speaking on her nomination, Jillian Godsil said:
“It’s a real honour to be shortlisted among such respected names. At Blockleaders, we’ve always believed that storytelling is one of the most powerful tools for education — and that technology should never lose its human heart. I’m humbled and proud in equal measure.”
A total of 160 nominees are vying for honours across 24 categories, with each award scrutinised by a panel of independent judges drawn from across the digital and financial worlds.
The judges are: James Ramsden KC, Astraea Group; Kate Baucherel, Galia Digital; Marco Morazzoni, Semoto; Helen Disney, Unblocked; Harry Horsfall, Flight3; Kaitlin Argeaux, CryptoMondays London; Sam Kopelman, CEO Givr & former Managing Director Luno (UK); Loretta Joseph, Commonwealth Secretariat; Dr Abdalla Kablan, Delta Wealth Partners; and Eva Lawrence, Figment.
Winners will be announced at the ceremony on April 28 — a night set to celebrate not only resilience but the spirit of progress, vision, and community at the heart of the digital renaissance.
