Eduardo Ibanez was born in Philadelphia and is a father of three, currently residing in Westport, CT. Eduardo has a significant background in technology in the travel space having worked with JetBlue founder David Neeleman, bringing A.I. to airlines and Online Travel Agencies, having served as the Chief Scientist of Priceline.
What is Life Rewards?
LIFE Rewards’ founder and CEO, former Priceline Chief Scientist Eddie Ibañez, launched the blockchain-infused destination marketplace in December. The debut came impressively loaded with discounted prices on millions of hotels globally, aiming to reduce friction in the hotel booking space and create value from bookings that are currently dead assets. LIFE utilizes machine learning and blockchain technology to power its online travel engine.
The company is the first platform to produce large volumes of hotel bookings available for trading on secondary markets, just as baseball or Broadway tickets are today. Hotels and travelers will get more flexibility and an improved booking experience by creating liquidity in bookings. Users can pay via credit or debit card; crypto payments are also accepted.
