Illuvium DAO, celebrated for its top-tier AAA Gaming Universe and decentralised governance approach, recently strengthened its Governance System. This upgrade involves the integration of specialised committees designed to offer the Main Council invaluable expertise in critical areas, including Marketing, Operations, Strategic Planning, and Game Design. This move aims to improve the organisation’s decision-making process with diverse, industry-specific insights.
This week, the Illuvium Management Committee (IMC) convened to select the inaugural members for its newly formed committees. The calibre of appointees is extraordinary, featuring a lineup of prominent DeFi founders, seasoned regulatory authorities, and pioneering GameFi entrepreneurs.
Illuvium DAO’s initial Governance Improvement Proposal (GIP) was expanded from three industry experts and one Illuvium Labs team member to five members per committee in response to the extraordinary pool of talented nominees. And with the following list of appointees, it’s clear why this expansion was necessary:
