Shocker – the UN SDG’s (link) are not being met by a number of countries. Increased poverty, increased climate events and rampant greenwashing are in the news every week. What is green, sustainability, ESG, impact, SDG anyway? Poorly defined terms used inconsistently in the media. It is time for community to mobilise, support innovative solutions that can be implemented fast – make the social and environmental changes to protect our planet.
At Trrue.io we believe this is where the web3 communities can play the biggest part. Web3 is all about trust, democratisation, social movement, change and community. This is the web3 ethos. Whilst everything that is wrong with ESG, greenwashing etc can be addressed with web3 technology.

To digital currency to address misuse of funds in disaster zones. The creation of sharable self sovereign identity agents with individuals and company environmental and social verified credentials is the layer of trust needed.
The web3 community are digital natives, demanding change through online community. Calling out for change and introducing cancel culture when you aren’t transparent. 94% of crypto buyers are GenZ or Millennial, and more than 40% of the web3 population are Millennial gamers. These are the individuals who are ready to use the tools they have adopted as digital natives to drive a change and invest in value led projects.
So it is a true love story.
